The most significant technical partner event of the year, the Arrow x Microsoft Partner Architect Seminar 2026, is back! This exciting gathering will unite technical decision-makers and experts from Microsoft and Arrow’s partners—such as architects, seasoned developers, and technical consultants—to inspire, educate, and network. Join us on 27th May 2026 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with breakfast available from 8:15 AM) at the Hilton Kalastajatorppa in Helsinki. The seminar will provide practical insights into the latest trends in AI, agent technologies, and cloud solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

The day will kick off with compelling keynote speeches from Microsoft and NVIDIA, focusing on the role of AI and agents in the ongoing Frontier transformation. Expect discussions on how Deep Research agents support decision-making processes, alongside updates on Microsoft’s sovereignty solutions in Europe.

Following this, participants will dive into five technical tracks. These will offer hands-on examples and tools to assist partners in developing their services and solutions, covering various Microsoft solution areas. Industry experts from both Microsoft and partner organisations will lead the talks. All presentations will be recorded and shared on Cloud Champion in June. A detailed agenda with topics will be updated on this page in April, so stay tuned for any changes ahead of the event. Most talks will be conducted primarily in Finnish.

Additionally, CloudHealth, NVIDIA, and Windows 365 Link will also be present at the event.

In this track, you’ll learn how Security Copilot introduces AI agents to support SOC teams by automating alert triage and deep analysis. Microsoft Defender XDR and Sentinel provide a unified XDR and SIEM solution, strengthened by the new Sentinel Graph analytics. Entra ID and Entra External ID facilitate identity and access management for agents, which is crucial for maintaining a secure agent environment. Azure Network Security and Defender for Cloud complete the framework by securing cloud and hybrid platforms. Partners can create new managed services that leverage the efficiency and scalability that AI brings to cybersecurity.

In this session, discover how AI is reshaping software development processes and solutions. Development tasks and workflows become automated, while new tools enable innovative ways of working, facilitating the creation of increasingly intelligent solutions.

The Microsoft Agentic Framework and Foundry Agent Service make it possible to build scalable agent solutions. With GitHub Copilot and agents, developers can free up their time for more productive and value-adding tasks.

This track offers practical insights into developing and scaling future agent-based software solutions, featuring input from both Microsoft experts and partners.

In this session, you’ll hear how Microsoft Fabric and Fabric IQ empower businesses to build intelligent and scalable data, analytics, and AI solutions. Discussions will cover the role of agent-based AI in design and decision-making, refining data into reusable business-supportive data products, and how Fabric’s databases serve as the foundation of a modern data cloud. Additionally, the session will explore AI-assisted development, real-time analytics, and Fabric’s governance model from an architect’s perspective, providing clear guidelines for leveraging data as a foundation for intelligent services.

This track covers the latest innovations Azure and Azure Local offer in terms of both infrastructure and AI services. Various agents, such as the Azure SRE Agent, introduce new methodologies for infrastructure management, automation, and incident response. We will also review Sovereign technologies and the protection of Foundry environments, delivering practical models for building modern, AI-ready platforms.

In this session, find out about the newest features and changes in Copilot Chat, along with what the latest updates to Microsoft 365 packaging mean for Business and E3/E5 configurations. We’ll explain how Microsoft 365 E7 brings together Copilot, Agent 365, and security into a cohesive solution, seamlessly integrating AI into everyday work. You’ll learn how Agent 365 enables centralized control and secure use of agents, while Work IQ introduces contextual intelligence to support Copilot and agents. Furthermore, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 agents allow for creating tailored agent solutions without the need for coding. We’ll wrap up with real-life agent stories—what works, the common challenges faced, and the future direction of agent-based solutions.
