AgentCon Around the World: How MVPs Are Supporting AI Agents Learning Globally
AgentCon, initiated by the Global AI Community, is a free global event series that focuses on AI agents. The Global AI Community aims to unite local communities, keen learners, and AI enthusiasts to share insights, organise events, and help make artificial intelligence accessible for everyone. Through engaging sessions, demonstrations, and discussions, AgentCon invites developers, engineers, researchers, and practitioners to delve into the world of AI agents in a user-friendly, hands-on manner.
So far, AgentCon has successfully hosted 65 events globally, attracting over 12,000 participants. From a gathering of 450 at the Computer History Museum to the lively Nasdaq opening bell in Times Square, and large-scale meet-ups in Berlin, Singapore, and beyond, AgentCon showcases how communities, startup companies, and tech leaders collaborate to bring the concept of AI agents to life through education, demonstrations, and practical exploration.
What makes this global initiative particularly unique is the way every local community customises the experience to fit its audience, addressing local requirements while contributing to a broader global learning journey. This series also epitomizes collaboration within the tech ecosystem, bringing together communities, partners, startups, and leaders united by a shared interest in AI agents.
At these events, MVPs play a crucial role in linking the global AgentCon strategy with local communities. They bring technical expertise, practical knowledge, and leadership to the sessions, aiding attendees in transitioning from mere curiosity to a more practical comprehension of AI agents.
