  • Enhance pilot programs into ongoing commitments with FY27 promotions: The FY27 promotions for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot are now live, providing Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners with new opportunities to accelerate deals, increase seat counts, and secure long-term AI commitments. These promotions include refreshed offers for Microsoft 365 Copilot and extended promotions for Microsoft 365 E3 and E5, allowing you to match the right offer to the right customer at every step of their journey.
  • Introducing Copilot in 30: This initiative is now available via CSP New Commerce until December 31, 2026, making it simpler for CSP partners to introduce Microsoft 365 Copilot Business to customers with fewer than 300 employees. This offer features a 25-user, 30-day trial along with guided resources to help customers identify key users, relevant use cases, and evaluate value before wider deployment. Launching the week of August 17, a new success planner tool will offer industry-specific prompts to help customers integrate Copilot into their daily workflows and gather valuable feedback during the trial.   • GitHub Copilot introduces a new harness in Microsoft Copilot Studio: Available since August 3, this feature offers developers a new option for creating agents and workflows requiring advanced reasoning and planning. Existing Copilot Studio configurations will stay functional, enabling developers to manage agents using both Standard and Copilot Chat harnesses.
