Extended service terms enforcement is now in effect

Starting from May 4, 2026, we’ve made it simpler for you to manage your subscription renewal and end-of-term options. Now, you’ll clearly see your choices when your subscription ends: you can either renew for a new term, cancel once the term concludes, or temporarily extend your service by purchasing a paid Extended Service Term (EST).

Here’s a quick reminder:

  • If your subscription meets the following three criteria, it will automatically transition to EST when it expires:
  • You purchased or renewed it on or after April 1, 2025
  • It expires on or after May 4, 2026
  • Your auto-renew option is switched off
  • If you don’t want to choose EST at the end of your term, feel free to select either “cancel” or “renew” before your subscription’s deadline.
  • Choosing the “cancel” option means your subscription will terminate on the expiration date, which also means you will lose access to the service.

To avoid any surprises with billing, partners should start renewal conversations with customers well before the subscription ends and explore the best options based on their needs.
