AI-Driven Growth Recommendations
Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners can now access AI-driven sales recommendations that focus on uncovering potential growth paths, enhancing customer interactions, boosting adoption rates, and ultimately increasing revenue across your customer base.
The initial set of recommendations centres around upselling, expanding user seats, driving Copilot monetisation through free-to-paid conversions, activating Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat, transitioning from Enterprise Agreements (EAs) to CSP, and implementing targeted promotions. You can find these recommendations through the Partner Center agent and the Customer Overview page, with each one providing valuable business context to help determine the best next steps.
Easily Explore Promotion Details in Partner Center
It’s now easier than ever to browse and download the latest promotions directly within your Pricing workspace. The Benefits page features a sortable table that lists products, SKUs, discounts, terms, billing cycles, and eligibility criteria. By clicking on any row, you’ll access a full details panel. This streamlined process enables you to quickly identify upselling and renewal opportunities and confirm whether a promotion is applicable before placing your order.
