Review the October 1 updates to the FY27 incentives portfolio

Starting from October 1, 2026, Microsoft will implement specific changes to the FY27 partner incentives that were introduced in July. While our overall investment in partners remains intact, the way we allocate this investment is being refined. This adjustment aims to ensure that resources are accessible throughout the year and are aligned with key customer opportunities.

If you’ve submitted claims by September 30, 2026, those will continue to follow the previous terms. Please be aware that the new rules will only apply to claims sent in from October 1, 2026, onwards.

Moreover, the FY27 Enterprise, SPLA Reseller, and Hosting incentives will now be available, maintaining the same terms as last year’s programme. The renewed FY27 Business Applications Pre-Sales Advisor incentive is also launching, which includes enhancements for Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) customers, revised rate cards, and new eligibility criteria for partners specialising in Business Applications. This opens opportunities for collaboration between different partners—where one partner advises while another handles the transaction.

To ensure you benefit from these changes, review the incentives policy guide, check your organisation’s eligibility, and make sure your banking and tax information is up-to-date. This way, you can start maximising your earnings!
