September update: What’s new for partners in AI Business Solutions
In this month’s update on AI Business Solutions, we explore the latest enhancements in Microsoft 365 agent management, the refreshed Microsoft Copilot app experience, and tools provided by GitHub Copilot for Microsoft Copilot Studio. Additionally, there are new FY27 Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) offers related to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft 365 E7, along with training opportunities aimed at enhancing skills in Copilot, agent usage, AI productivity, and co-selling readiness. Uncover fresh strategies to adopt AI, craft agent-driven solutions, and expand your AI practices.
- Seamlessly manage agents across multiple tenants in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center: This feature, now in public preview, lets administrators handle agents across various tenants from a unified platform. Users can view a combined agent inventory, add agents, install or disable them across applicable tenants, access specific risk and activity insights, and switch between tenants effortlessly without needing to log out or manage numerous admin accounts.
- Prepare your clients for the revamped Microsoft Copilot app: Starting from August 18, 2026, users will experience a more user-friendly Microsoft Copilot app featuring clearer indicators for work and personal accounts, a simplified name and icon, and a transition of the web app from m365.cloud.microsoft to copilot.cloud.microsoft. Automatic redirects will be in place, maintaining security, compliance, and governance standards. For more information, check out the Microsoft 365 Copilot Partner FAQ and the PC Announcement. Ensure that copilot.cloud.microsoft and *.cloud.microsoft are allow-listed before the switch.
- Facilitate every Copilot in 30 trial with a custom 30-day success blueprint: Assist your clients as they navigate the Microsoft 365 Copilot Business trial with a tailored 30-day adoption plan. The Copilot Success Planner provides custom scenarios, prompts, and guidance relevant to various roles in Outlook, Teams, Microsoft 365 apps, and agents, helping users integrate Copilot into their workflows, discover valuable applications, and gather feedback throughout the trial. The planner is accessible without sign-in, enabling scaled engagement throughout the trial, and supporting more informed discussions around conversions.
- Make sure to share the Copilot Success Planner with the customer’s sponsor or admin before starting the trial, so they have a clear plan right from day one.
- Demonstrate to customers why Microsoft 365 Copilot is the ideal AI for the workplace: Support clients in advancing beyond experimental AI use with an integrated platform designed for creating, managing, and governing agents and workflows across Microsoft 365 and business applications. By merging Microsoft Copilot Studio, the revamped Copilot app experience, and next-gen business applications into one narrative, you can showcase how organisations harness AI for enterprise-level governance, cost control, and organisational intelligence that scales across various processes.
